Selama dua hari (21-22/1) guru-guru di Al-Musthofa mengikuti diklat Student Active Learning (SAL) bekerjasama dengan trainer yang berasal dari sebuah lembaga yang concern dengan pendidikan, Kualita Pendidikan Indonesia (KPI) Surabaya.
Diklat ini diadakan untuk menumbuhkan kreatifitas para guru terutama dalam kelas agar pembelajaran berlangsung tidak membosankan. Diklat berlangsung dengan sangat meriah dan suasana gayeng mengiringi setiap sesi. Diklat ini tentu saja tidak membosankan karena trainer bisa membawa suasana yang menyenangkan dibumbui dengan permainan-permainan yang memang merupakan ciri khas dari KPI.
Dalam sambutan pembukaannya Taufiqurohman, Kepala MTs. Al-Musthofa menyampaikan harapannya agar setelah diklat ini para guru bisa mengaplikasikannya dalam setiap pembelajaran. Agar siswa semakin aktif dan muncul kreatifitas mereka sebagaimana harapan madrasah selama ini.
